由圖3可知增加焙燒溫度可以明顯提高氧化鋁的溶出率11隨著焙燒溫度的增加氧化鋁溶出率變化均呈現先增加、后減少的趨勢。
It can be seen from Fig. 3 that the increase of calcination temperature can significantly improve the dissolution rate of alumina. 11 with the increase of calcination temperature, the change of alumina dissolution rate first increases and then decreases.
馬弗爐焙燒礦在585%左右達到該溶出條件下的值當焙燒溫度高于585~C時溶出率開始下降。
When the roasting temperature is higher than 585 ~ C, the dissolution rate begins to decrease.
而微波焙燒礦在535℃時達到溶出率焙燒溫度低于535c【=時溶出率隨焙燒溫度的升高而增加焙燒溫度高于535oC時溶出率隨焙燒溫度的增加而降低。
When the roasting temperature is lower than 535c, the dissolution rate increases with the increase of roasting temperature, and decreases when the roasting temperature is higher than 535oc.
這說明活化焙燒存在適宜的溫度區間在該溫度范圍內隨著溫度的增加礦石化學反應活性增大溶出性能得到明顯改善。
The results show that there is a suitable temperature range for activation roasting, in which the chemical reaction activity of ore increases with the increase of temperature, and the dissolution performance is obviously improved.
但焙燒溫度過高會降低礦石的化學活性使礦石的溶出性能惡化。
However, if the roasting temperature is too high, the chemical activity of the ore will be reduced and the dissolution performance of the ore will be deteriorated.
